Alexis Cartier
Born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio, Alexis Cartier developed her craft while living in Washington, DC and obtaining her B.A from the University of Maryland. As a business consultant in the finance industry, she uses her skill set to help small businesses, personal brands and corporate organizations reach their short and long-term goals.
As a community outreach advocate, Alexis uses her downtime connecting with local organizations that promote and encourage Cincinnati's diverse community. She stays connected through her virtual book club, engages with the youth as head soccer coach for West End Pride of the FC Cincinnati Foundation, and has since founded a non-profit organization, Be The Change Foundation, where she aims to grow mentorship resources for the youth centered around their hobbies, passions and interests.
She established Plugged In Media and Consulting in 2019 with an effort to educate her community and “plug” her network to resources and information through social media content. Since then, the brand has grown into a team of business consultants that aim to serve a target clientele through event planning, hosting and film/media related services.
Alexis prides herself in being a working mom with a "focus on grinding and remaining humble". Her long term career goals include growing the Plugged In platform into larger, more diverse markets on a national scale.
